Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience with strongSAPexperience in manufacturing industry.
Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command in English - both writing and conversation.
Strong knowledge inSAP/ERPsystem.
Meticulous attention to details and high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Willing to travel.
Willing to relocate.
Main Duties:
To prepare management accounts reporting and assist in credit control function.
Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative supports to HOD/Department.
To perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury and General Ledger.
Responsible for monthly closing, reporting, audit and preparation of Audited Financial Statement.
Prepare monthly management accounts - consolidation of all business unit performance, Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
Check inter-co non-trade trade transaction and issue CN/DN.
To assist in credit control functions - opening of new accounts, credit revision, credit check, credit exposures and financial analysis.
Plan and coordinate arrangement for HOD/Department - Department meeting, travel itinerary, hotel accommodations as and when necessary.
Monitor and record annual leave, medical leave and others leaves related for the department.
Perform various administrative support duties within the department.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments given by HOD.#J-18808-Ljbffr
