Finance Manager

Job Description Responsibilities Supervise a team of Finance & Administrative staff.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management & yearly financial report.
Plan and manage Company?s cash flow to ensure there will be adequate amounts of funds to meets the needs.
Perform sufficient financial & costing analysis for management decisions.
Prepare forecast and budget and monitor actual performance.
Ensure intercompany balances correct and reconciled.
Lead and ensure the smooth and effective operation of the company?s ERP system.
Establish and implement effective accounting procedures, policies and internal controls in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
Handle overall human resources function including recruitment, payroll and general admin.
Provides coaching and mentoring for subordinates.
Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, auditors, tax agents and other regulatory authorities.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.?
Minimum 2 ? 3 years working experience as Finance Manager, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Costing experience is advantageous
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven for performance, aggressive, work dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player.
