Established real estate developer in Malaysia, with a large portfolio of industrial and logistics assets thorough Malaysia is urgently recruiting for a Finance Manager in KL.

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate (Industrial & Logistics properties), this is a newly created Finance Manager position, leading all Finance and Accounting matters. As the department has on-going development projects, this Finance Manager will take charge in the oversight of Joint Ventures' finance matters, and carry out all financial reporting including management account reporting and cashflow management. The key responsibilities for this role shall include the following:

- Monthly management account preparation of ILD
- Oversight of ILD JV company finance
- Budgeting and review
- Cashflow management and budget control
- Funding liaison with group treasury We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with extensive experience in Real Estate Developments in Malaysia. Degree qualified in Finance / Investment / Business with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, budgeting and cashflow management.
