Finance Manager - Fmcg Manufacturing

Manage theend-to-end accounting and financial reportingfunctions, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Preparetimely and accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecaststo support business planning.
Ensure compliance withfinancial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements .
Providefinancial analysis and insightsto support senior management in decision-making.
Overseefinancial controls, internal audits, and risk management processes .
Manage and mentor a team, fostering growth and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and support business initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification (ACCA is required, CPA or CIMA is a plus).
At least 5yearsof experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within themanufacturing or FMCG industry .
Strong knowledge offinancial reporting, budgeting, and compliance regulations .
Proficiency infinancial management software and ERP systems .
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
