We are looking forFinance Managerto be responsible for overseeing the company's Financial Operations and manage company's financial affairs to maintain overall financial health.
Key Responsibilities1.
Taxation
Oversee the Taxation unit under Financial Operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing for corporate tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other indirect taxes.
Oversee the analysis of tax data and trends to provide insights on company's tax performance, tax position, tax exposures, and opportunities for tax optimisation.
Oversee the development and implementation of tax and tax exemption strategies to minimize company's liability.
2.
Accounting
Oversee the Accounting unit under Financial Operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial close processes, to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Oversee the verification of company's financial records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
3.
Finance Division Stewardship
Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and business planning initiatives.
Others
Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Provide ongoing training and motivation to finance team to ensure that all finance operations are running efficiently.
Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in financial operations.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a Finance role (preferably in FMCG industry).
