The Purpose of Role:

The incumbent will lead the simplification, automation
and digitization pillars being driven as part of the MYSG business and finance digital
agenda/strategy. One point of contact for all business information that flows
to various stakeholders in the business. Custodian of FC submission and key
contact point for forecast related matters by driving FC requirement given by
Results team. This role requires close working relationship with the MYSG FLT and
Finance director.

Key Responsibilities:

Information
Management (IM)
- Driving
the implementation of Datalake for MYSG.
- Supporting
the various simplification, automation and digitization initiatives for MYSG.
- Streamlining
current existing reports in One View and FET reports.
- Assist
in implementing local and regional IM initiatives periodically.
- Central
point of contact for all presentation related information and Finance
presentation.
- Ensure
timely update of reports from various report publishers.
- Maintain
access authorization in One View.
- Ensure
usage of One View reports are in line with cluster target.
- Ad-hoc request on IM related matters.
- Attend
queries on BW (if any) before raising IT tickets to helpdesk.
- Testing
CRs on IM related matters.
Management Reporting (MA)
- Ensure
timely and smooth forecast submission (PnL, Working Capital and GMVA) process
for MYSG (ie: Maintaining green score on monthly reporting).
- Extraction
of Reports (KFR, DTO) for completing monthly DTO template.
- Restatement
of historical data to latest Exchange Rate in Forecast working file for MYSG.
- Overseeing
MCL related forecast and ad hoc request.
- Ad-hoc request on actual/ forecast numbers.
- Testing
of CRs related to MA.

Essential Experience/Skill/Knowledge:
(The baseline/mandatory requirements from the job skills profile should
be described, including qualifications/experiences preferred.)
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
- 2 years’ work
experience in Finance.
- Working
experience in system/tool roll out or leading a Project would be added
advantage.
- Work
experience in accounting system – SAP/BW.

- Disruptive
thinking in changing status quo by implementing leading edge systems/tools
- Ability
to manage end to end project by keeping teams accountable on deliverables
