Financial Controller

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of the divisional companies’ management reports and financial performance
- Ensure high standards of financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements through effective implementation of the internal control system, standard operating procedures.
- Work as a business partner to the divisional management team in establishing effective operation models and P&L for sales & distribution including budgeting andmargin analysis.
- Manage the supply chain, customer clearance, logistics & warehousing
- Collaborate with various internal and external auditors, tax agents as well as other relevant authorities with regards to financial reporting matters.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent and qualification in ACCA/MIA/CPA/MICPA/ICAEW.
- Minimum 8years of working experience and with exposure in Trading / Sales & Distribution, with strong knowledge in controlling function.
- Result oriented, high level of integrity, committed, meticulous, resourceful, and able to work independently & interdependently.
- Excellent communication & good in stakeholders management
- Familiar with the standard of MFRS and the system if SAP would be an added advantage
