**Financial Controller - FC**- **Working location **:Bayan Lepas, Penang- **Job type**: Permanent- **Salary** : Max RM15,000- **Benefits**: 5-day week, free parking, performance bonus, medical**.****Responsibilities**:- To lead the accounting & financial and human resources & administration functions of the group.- Accomplishes finance strategies by determining accountabilities, and communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures.- Develop finance strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans;- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; and minimizing the impact of variances.- Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; and maintaining relationships with the investment community.- Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; and developing improvements.- Keep abreast with changes in financial reporting standards and new regulations relevant to similar industry.- Monitoring and support cash flow planning of the company- Manage and propose tax planning for the group, including indirect taxes.**Requirements**:- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity; and- Excellent leadership qualities, integrity, commitment, and vision to mobilize and develop the company and have a strong team spirit.- Strong accounting knowledge and excellent Ms Excel skills.- Knowledge in bursa listed company reporting is an added advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you a MIA member?**Experience**:- accounting managerial: 8 years (preferred)- Berhad: 2 years (preferred)
