Responsible for the overall financial and accounting functions of the Group- Prepare monthly Group's financial management reports and accounts promptly- Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage cash flow, working capital and treasury functions- Oversee the daily financial operations, budgeting, and taxation functions- Examine and improve areas of internal controls and ensure proper maintenance of financial records- Plan, organize, lead and motivate team members in the Finance Department- Undertake specific assignments as instructed from time to time- Analyse and interpret operational and accounting data as to explain variations and trends in relation to previous periods, budgets and forecasts (profit variance analysis, contribution margin analysis)- Prepare annual budget forecast and periodic review- Work with individuals from all functional areas in preparing, analyzing and communicating information in order to provide or obtain relevant, accurate, timely information that will be helpful to the management for decision-making- Review monthly management accounts, balance sheet schedules and key performance indicators- Review and ensure financial statements are prepared according to accounting standards- Liaise with auditors in respect of audits, compliance and risk management issues- Responsible for year-end closing and liaison with external auditors for annual financial audit- Liaising with external auditors and tax agent to ensure compliance with statutory audit / tax requirements- Reviewing tax estimates and their revisions and tax computation prepared by the tax agent prior to submission to the Inland Revenue Authority- Review and ensure tax schedules are completed on time for tax agent.**JOB REQUIREMENT**- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Work in the commercial companies before- Meticulous, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision- Proactive and be able to work independently- Able to start work immediately or within short notice**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- mandarin (required)
