Position Purpose :

The FP&A Executive is responsible to develop the operating and financial plan required to achieve management’s strategic plan. FP&A role requires extensive data reconciliation & consolidation, as well as variance analysis.

What we want you to do...
Support monthly and year-end financial closing. Support monthly management reporting. Sales performance tracking and commentary. Variance analysis, highlight risk & opportunity. Partner with local finance and other stakeholders on controlling activities. Provide financial analysis in support of strategic and operational decision making. Drive forecast and annual budgeting process. ROI analysis and validate capital expenditure against approved capex plan Inventory management. Identify area of improvement to finance processes. Support finance department on operational financial matters Support ad-hoc projects

Requirements

Education/Experience :
Have a Bachelor's Degree in in Accountancy, Finance or other professional accounting or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience. At least 2-3 years of FP&A experience would be preferred.
Skills Required :
Hands on and able to drill down into details to establish/rectify and improve data/info/processes Advanced MS Excel Familiarity with SAP would be preferred Organized, detailed and proactive; highly independent in a high-energy, dynamic environment Team Player, pro-active and confident to navigate a complex organization independently with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Agile and highly adaptable to fast moving industry.
