Financial Reporting

Responsibilities:Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements, including income tax provisions, tax returns, and tax planning strategies.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, tax, legal, and external auditors to address reporting issues and resolve discrepancies.
Provide support to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations, and communicate their implications to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed, including mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and process improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certificate (Accounting) designation preferred.
4-5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial analysis, preferably in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS/MFRS standards, and financial reporting requirements.
Experience with tax planning strategies, including transfer pricing, tax credits, and international tax issues.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
