Responsibilities:Able to manage a project team, provide multiple peer coaching with proven results and provide solutions.
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery (Tech Lead) for any project categorized under Project Lite or Low by PPO.
Provide full assistance as domain SME to Project Manager (PM) for projects categorized under Medium or Group.
Manage OPEX/CAPEX spending related to the project including change request cost (CR) & PO receiving cost within agreed project timeline.
Ensure end-to-end processes are established and services are fully operational.
Continue to enhance existing SOP, work with the internal team to come up with monthly initiatives and develop workarounds with less dependency on vendors.
Review current systems, present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals, and test products in controlled, real situations before going live.
Involved in the definition and delivery of business requirements and associated configuration solutions efficiently and safely in line with established standards.
Analyze, validate, and organize information into business requirements documents, workflows, and business configuration documentation.
Specify functional behavior for the system, covering features, business process definition, user interface definition, report definition, business logic, and Use Cases.
Continuously build strong relations with all stakeholders, internal and external suppliers, and management assuring engagement and commitment by all parties.
Manage and guide both internal DevOps and MS partners towards implementing financial system landscapes according to business requirements and best practices.
Enforce IT & Security policies, procedures, and processes towards the Managed Services Provider (MSP) and the internal DevOps team to ensure compliance while ensuring the operation and maintenance is handled efficiently without any incidents or repetition of incidents.
As a Control owner, ensure accurate compliance based on ongoing audit activities carried out by external and internal auditors quarterly.
Requirements:Minimum 3 - 5 years in IT DevOps
Degree in IT/CIS/MIS or related field IT or Computer Science background education.
Knowledge in ERP System; Oracle Fusion, SAP.
Programming skills: JAVA, SQL, Unix scripting.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Dynamic, team player and able to manage stakeholders and team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
