Financial Telemarketer

You are required to contact customers to promote them our services and assist them in checking their financial health. After that, contact will be passed to the sales team to close the sales. You will be offered basic salary and a commission for every customer who would like to engage our service.
Job Scope
Call people using a given list to promote our services
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s background
Check financial health of customer using CTOS
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
Requirement
1) Minimum diploma
2) Can travel to kepong to work.
3) Good in written and oral communication skills in English and Malay
4) Prioritize to applicants who have telemarketing or customer service experience.
