Fleet Management, Admin - SPX ExpressShopee is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Fleet Management, Admin.
The role involves tracking and managing attendance for sorters across all SOCs.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track the attendance of sorters across all SOCs.
Identify and address attendance discrepancies in collaboration with SOC supervisors/admin.
Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained for payroll processing.
Liaise with SOC admin to make corrections in attendance records when needed.
Facilitate smooth communication between SOCs to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
Address and resolve queries from agencies regarding attendance, OPS ID, or related administrative matters.
Ensure agencies are promptly updated on relevant matters to minimize operational disruptions.
Handle and resolve sorters' complaints regarding salary or incentives not received.
RequirementsDiploma / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Preferably have working experience in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment.
