Our underlying benefits philosophy is this: be fair to our people and provide opportunities for those who take advantage of our programs and resources to increase their personal and financial security.**We are looking for**: FLSS Technician**Location**: Bayan Lepas, Penang**Working Hours**: Normal Working Hours (Mon - Fri)Maintain fire protection equipment, such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, fire detection systems, or sprinkler systemsEnsure facilities compliance to safety standards and protection from fire hazards.Inspect fire protection equipment to ensure its functionality, and perform repairs.Help in coordinate vendors, OEM and others to perform works.Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly.Other's responsibilities as assign by Facilities Shift Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor.RequirementGood knowledge in Operation and Maintenance.Good team player and great teamwork.Good communication and interpersonal skills & able to handle multi tasks.Ability to interact with different level people/employee in same/different organization.Can read and speak in English and Malay.About JLLWe're JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
