The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the implementation of all SOP/processes and practices across the organization and assist the General Manager in the smooth running of the food & beverage division of the group.This includes overseeing the overall food & beverage service operations with a specific focus on food & beverage & service quality, outlet cleanliness, maintenance, manpower scheduling, staff training/welfare, and customer service.The Food & Beverage Manager will have the responsibility to develop, innovate and deliver a product mix that is quality-driven whilst maintaining aggressive financial returns.
