Food Safety & Quality Manager

**Role Requirement**:- Technical knowledge of Food Safety & Quality (Control + Assurance).- Provide leadership and able to lead the team.- Provide technical support in the areas of Quality Management with emphasis on customer requirements, continuous product quality, and productivity improvement.- To ensure compliance of food related regulation requirements and regulatory bodies.- Overall responsibility to Quality Control / Assurance matters and its 'Quality' requirements, preventing any off-spec products release to the market.- Responsible for recommending products formulation include enrichment & enzymes formulation.- Manage the status of the Quality Control /Assurance Testing Procedure ensuring maintain its accuracy and relevancy.- Remuneration package given based on working experiences.**Qualification & Experience**:- Minimum 5 years work experience in Food Safety & Quality (Control & Assurance) in manufacturing fields. **Priority will be given to applicant in flour industries and food processes.**:- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent academic qualification.- Experienced with any food related regulation such as FSSC, HACCP, GMP (AIB Standard), and HALAL will be an added advantage.- Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.- Taken at least two Covid-19 vaccination.
