[ Job Description ]

1. Manpower Requisition Management
- Ensure that all manpower requisitions are processed and approved by the committee
- Be able to adhere to the team’s KPI in demand fulfilment of 60-90 day turn-around time

2. Sourcing Channel Management
- Manage different sourcing channels by designing appropriate sourcing channel mix which includes job boards, employee referral, agency partnership, campus recruitment, open houses, social media platforms, etc.
- Conceptualize and execute timely sourcing campaigns to meet resourcing demands

3. Candidate Processing Management
- Manage the entire full candidate in-take process including but not limited to encoding of the candidate to recruitment system, resume screening, telephone screening, technical and interview assessment, salary recommendation/approval process and job offer management
