Now that we’ve got your attention, let’s talk business.Develop new user-facing features;Build reusable code and libraries for future use;Develop and build well-optimized fully responsive websites, ensuring user experience, cross-browser and cross-device usability is always taken into consideration;Determine the structure (of the site) striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability;Working with designers, administrators, project managers, and programmers to develop efficient results;Develop strategies to promote the adherence to company regulations and performance goals among team members;Prioritizing urgent tasks to ensure on-time, quality delivery of applications based on the project timeline;Being an excellent team leader in delegating responsibilities, cultivating open communication, overseeing the performance of team members, and providing the necessary guidance to maintain work quality and regulatory compliance.Here’s what we need from you:5 years plus of experience in Front End;Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Vue.js;Excellent programming, debugging, and implementation skills;Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them;Track record of software testing and/or development projects;Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills to isolate problem/defect areas;Proficient in automated build tools such as Webpack;Excellent communication and collaboration skills;Possesses at least 2 years of working experience as a team lead;Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing)Knowledge and experience in other related fields is an added advantage;Strong dependability at work to conduct self-research in spite of direct project oversight;Strictly applies to Malaysians only.What’s in it for you?In iZyoo, it’s all about you.
