Front Office - Guest Service Assistant

**REQUIREMENTS**- Fresh graduate with strong passion in hospitality encouraged to apply- Able to start work immediately- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese will be added advantage- Good communication skill and pleasant personality- Able to work in shifts, extra hours, weekends and public holidays**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB**- To assist guests check in and check out in a courtesy and efficient manner.- To answer all inward/outward telephone calls for room reservation.- To maintain accuracy of all billings and ensure payment is received on time from the guests.- To ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.- To balance cash float and make sure it is tally with the relevant reports at completion of shift.Pay: RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal providedSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Deadline: 07/02/2023Expected Start Date: 07/01/2023
