Front Office Internship

**Responsibilities**:- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, following hotel procedures.- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special accommodations, providing helpful and courteous responses.- Answer and route phone calls, taking messages and providing information about the hotel's services and amenities.- Process reservations and update guest information in the hotel management system.- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM999.00 - RM1,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shift
