Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that guest receive prompt, efficient, and personalized services.
Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.
Supervise and train front office staff.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room availability and quest readiness.
Monitor daily front office financial performance, including billing, payments, and account balances.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Location: LoVita Hotel Kuantan, Pahang


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
