Job Description:

• Manages all the system changes (pricing, contracts etc.) and provides decision making support and advice based on analysis of information.
• Advises internal stakeholders (Sales team) on areas of margin opportunities and improvements, annual planning etc.
• Handles complex activities with constant variation and adaptation. Deals with questions with precedents but not necessarily easy to apply; adjustment with many sources of information is necessary.
• Manages multiple processes and systems and their interlinkages.
• Works within a variety of well-defined procedures and practices. Supervised on progress and results; informs management about analysis outcomes. Works autonomously within this scope, with regular steer required e.g. on project scope and prioritisation. May coach less experienced colleagues.

1.To support optimize the financial performance of Shell Retail CO/DO Channels in the TH through the delivery of a profitable, Fuel portfolio, competitive offer to the Retailers, an effective business planning process.
2.To support advanced analysis and development of operational efficiency improvement opportunities, while ensuring compliance to the Channel Management Platform Guidelines.
3.To support Sales and Ops in the coordination of Retailer contract as well as the administration of documentation portfolio required for the different type of sites and businesses by ensuring excellent interface management to the customer service organization (OTC)
4. To support data analytic to create value to CO platform.

Support Fuel Portfolio Optimization and configuration at site.
Monitor the Channels performance and profitability by operational and financial data analysis in order to continuously drive performance and operational standards in this network.
Support the data management of site expenses and profitability income the integrated offer to Retail Channel (CO/DO)
Support the CO remuneration scheme and coordination of the entire business planning process in MAPT program for target earning calculation, preparation site expenses data with frontline team, coordination with CO channel manager to create business plan performance summary report and tracking approval of business
Co-ordinate with front line and co-channel manage for the adjustment of business planning in MAPT program, remuneration changes and administration for the changes in MAPT system.
Support the refreshment data of labor model at CO site calculation vs # of labor Cost benchmarking & transaction.
Prepare data from MAPT and GSAP system to support CO -Channel for analyze site and cluster P&L in order to ensure the offer to the CO retailers is in line with the retail strategy by using tool and system as per global guidelines.
Create Monthly FSA checking and upload FSA that no paid automatically via GSAP, need to be calculated manually.
Monitoring and support the Global Channel Survey results, and implement recommendations identified as part of the annual Channel Survey Benchmark, analyze, and propose adjustments in the Channels offers to ensure its competitiveness in the market
Support DO Channel on transportation cost calculation for COC and BOL rate and co-ordinate with RT team on transportation cost & sales contract with OTC team.
Coordinate with T&S to ensure all operation implementation that related to Fuel business are align with strategy and timeline agreed.
Support IDD process by coordinate between TM and OTC to ensure that all contracts of CO and DO comply with E&C manual on monthly recurring basis.

Special Challenges:- Understand the retail market business model
- Understand on how to use optimization tools for the economic performance of the CO channels
- Position requires relentless attention to detail for monitoring, basic expenses report analysis and the ability to communicate effectively to frontline team
- The role also requires ability to multi-task and switch between activities whilst ensuring successful completion of key priorities.

Required Experience Qualification
A Degree is desirable and MBA helpful, however business experience at a similar level is a good substitute and well received.
Effective computer skills – excel/ GSAP/ MAPT Tools
Clear written and oral communication skills are a must. (Can read/Write in Thai preferred as needed to read contract)
Experience in support project management t
Ability to implement and administrative IT tools & procedures to enable field execution of initiatives.
