Full Time / Part Time Staff

Job Responsibilities:- 1. Engage and delight customers; interact with them; creating memorable service experience2. Manage crowds, greet customers and assist with seating arrangements during peak hours3. Manage cashier responsibilities and ensure accurate order4. Know products to be able to assist customers with orders5. Upsell / Cross sell to meet store monthly targets6. Understand the brand in order to engage customers7. Assist with educating customers during any marketing / store campaigns8. Ensure lobby is clean and tidy for customers (especially during peak hours)9. Taking instructions from managers and crew leaders10. Required to commit to the job for minimum 3 months- Love interacting with people, and in creating memorable service experience.
