Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the accounting and administration of a portfolio of companies
Record all accounting transactions in the system and prepare periodic work papers, management accounts and financial statements.
Perform follow-up with client as necessary on accounting documentation.
Respond to client queries.
Handle client payments and receipts.
Co-ordinate annual audits.
Draft/review annual financial statements and their related FRS disclosures.
Monitor/adhere to Singapore regulatory deadlines for Singapore Funds for quarterly GST, annual and tax filings.
Assist on client service matters, maintaining and building client relationships.
Undertake general administration and other projects as assigned.

Relevant Experience
Experience in Singapore companies would be preferred.
Experience in Singapore payroll reporting and company tax filing is a plus.
Minimum 2 to 3 of accounting related experience including drafting/reviewing management accounts, financial statements.
Education/ Memberships
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Qualified Accountant (i.e. ACA/ACCA/CPA) or pursuing towards that qualification with strong accounting concepts.
Computer Skills
Strong working knowledge of EXCEL and MS Word.
Languages
English proficient.
