Funeral Service Executive

5.1. Ensuring the smooth running of ceremonial services.5.2. Planning & setting up of Ceremony function activity at site.5.3. Provide services and assist customer at praying area and urn compartment for installation process, Zuo Qi, An Ling, Qing Ming, Enlightenment Ceremonyetc5.4. Refurbishment and prepare praying material for prayer.5.5. Verify the correct lot of Ancestral and Urn Compartment and arrangement before the arrival of the procession.5.6. Implementation of calling and confirming with Agents and Customers on services booking and installation (1 day before service date)5.7. Ensure all payment collected for all service we provided (ie. Urn / Pedestal installation, An Lingetc)5.8. Supervise, verify & witness of Urn & Ancestral installation process.5.9. Standardize all procedures for installation, An Lingetc.5.10. Liaising with vendors on deceased photograph printings and name tag printing on Niche cover and Pedestal.5.11. Prepare monthly report5.12. Monitoring urn name tag, photo, and Dynasty Plaque delivery status.5.13. Installation of deceased name tag, photo or compartment plaque.5.14. Update urn installation records and submit urn installation monthly report5.15. Knowledgeable of customer service and provides valuable service to customers5.16. Resolves customers' requests, questions and complaints5.17. Supervise the cleanliness of urn compartment, temple, praying area etc.5.18.
