ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of the GBS Procurement Services function in GBS APME.
The role is responsible to provide business support to end market users on queries, training and controls with contract management platform. The GBS contract team will service centrally and at End Market level including owning and handling a central repository of contract templates to support contract management processes. They are expected to work across function in partnership with LEX, Procurement and IDT to ensure a user-friendly experience of Contract Management

Geographic Scope: BAT APME
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Providing support for any non-technical business queries relating to Icertis
- Identifying issues that require technical support from Icertis
- Raising, managing and closing tickets with Icertis Support
- Conducting walkthroughs of crafting contract requests and contract agreements with new user groups
- Updating and maintaining user groups in line with the agreed policy and security requirements (until user integration with Icertis is completed)
- Collaborating closely with supplier master data team for any changes or inputs required in Icertis as well as key IDT contacts for any BAT technical issues identified (such as with integration of master data)
- Identify workflow amendments and configuring changes related to these amendments if allowable/or raising ticket for support desk to make production change
- Supervise and track utilization of standard templates, work with end market procurement leads to improve self-service numbers.
- For existing end markets, uploading new contract templates and amending existing templates in Icertis (where approval to do so, otherwise this task is performed in production by the PACE Support Desk)
- Maintain and update list of approval rules, deviation rules, and clause triggers as configured in Icertis
- Identification of any platform enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities based on end market/user feedback
- Supporting end markets with updating contractual templates used within Icertis (performing updates to existing attributes, template selections as agreed with the end markets) ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Familiar with Icertis Contract Management tool
- Experienced in Contract Management/e-Procurement / e-Sourcing tools (e.g. Icertis, Apptus, Emptoris, Ariba, Coupa and / or Oracle)
- Capabilities in handling contract template configuration desirable including understanding the different models and workflows
- Experienced in working within a shared service environment
- Procurement and contracting awareness and understanding as well as prior experience in working with contracts management WE ARE BAT
