Job Description Employment Type: 12 months Contract (Renewable / Contract-to-Permanent)
Position summary
The General Affairs Officer works as a team member of the Business Support Unit and reports directly to the Southeast Asia HR Manager. S/he will also provide support to the coordination of the administration works and accounting matters for Business Support Unit.
Responsibilities and duties
Provide general administrative supports and oversee the daily operations for the most efficient administrative procedures including local contracts and office supplies.
Coordinate with outsource and all government offices concerned with general affairs functions.
Deal with any infrastructure such as building, company?s environment, IT network and communications.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for logistic operation documentations including Purchasing Order, Order Information, etc.
Record and summarize employees? expense claim report, and employees? leave report.
Co-ordinate with all related parties, internal and external, to support on accounting activities such as billing, collection tasks, bank deposit and recording transactions, etc.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from supervisors/managers.
Job Requirement
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other related fields
Basic understanding in Accounting and interesting in IT will be an advantage.

Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in a busy environment
Attention to details and self-motivation
Excellent command / proficient in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate and work effectively in a multicultural work environment with colleagues of different nationalities
Interpersonal communication skills, individually and in-groups, with an ability to work as an active member of teams.
