Global Business Process Specialist (Gbps) - Fixed Assets / Capex / Leasing

As the Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) Finance Cross-Functional Processes, you are part of the Roche Services & Solutions Business Process Management (RSS BPM) Finance Cross-Functional organization and report functionally to the Global Business Process Manager (GBPM) Plan to Retire Fixed Assets (Finance) and administratively to the Network Manager Finance Cross-functional.
In this role, you will
actively pursue the implementation of the end-to end (E2E) BPM strategy for the areas of fixed assets, capital projects (capex) and lease accounting;
be responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within Plan to Retire Fixed Assets (Finance);
drive the implementation of the new ASPIRE SAP solution as part of the rollout team for the APAC region;
be the governance body for financial process implementation in capex, fixed assets and leasing across divisions in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM;
participate actively in business projects as the representation of the Plan to Retire Fixed Assets (Finance) team;
ensure holistic stakeholder alignment and involvement for your E2E area of responsibility.
Who you are
You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education;
5 - 7 years of professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Fixed Assets, Capex management.
You also bring the following skills and competencies
E2E business process area thinking and mindset as well as business expertise for capital projects, assets and lease accounting;
Strong technical competencies in SAP S4 HANA, preferable in the areas of fixed assets and projects system;
Proven experience working in a BPM organization;
Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations;
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset, high attention to quality and details;
Comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions, strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams;
Experience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functions;
Good change management and conflict management skills and experience;
Business fluency in English, fluency in additional languages is a plus;
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
