As the Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) Finance Cross-Functional Processes, you are part of the Roche Services & Solutions Business Process Management (RSS BPM) Finance Cross-Functional organization and report functionally to the Global Business Process Manager Plan to Deliver (P2D) and administratively to the Network Manager Finance Cross-Functional.
In this role, you will
actively pursue the implementation of the End-to-End (E2E) BPM strategy with specific focus on the area of Plan to Deliver Finance (covering financial processes for Production, Direct Procurement and Global Supply Chain);
be responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within Plan to Deliver Finance as your focus business process area within the Finance Cross-Functional organization;
be the empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the Global Business Process Manager (GBPM);
work closely with E2E GBPM & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
Who you are
You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education;
5 - 7 years professional experience, preferably with a focus on Business Process Management, Cost and Inventory Accounting.
You also bring the following skills and competencies
Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for his/her dedicated area;
Strong technical competencies in SAP S4 HANA FI/CO, Material Ledger, MM, PP;
Proven experience working in a BPM organization, any methodological skills such as PMP, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement is a plus;
Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations;
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset, high attention to quality and details;
Comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions, strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams;
Experience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functions;
Good change management and conflict management skills and experience;
Business fluency in English, fluency in additional languages is a plus;
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
