As the Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) Order to Cash (O2C), you are part of the Roche Services & Solutions Business Process Management (RSS BPM) Finance Cross-Functional organization and report functionally to the Global Business Process Manager (GBPM) Order to Cash (Finance) and administratively to the Network Manager Finance Cross-Functional.
In this role, you will be
the core member of the ASPIRE program (currently largest global SAP S/4 implementation) for regional deployment in APAC;
actively pursue the implementation of the end-to end (E2E) BPM strategy with specific focus on the area of Order-to-Cash (Collection & Credit Management, Treasury);
responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within Order-to-Cash as your focus business process area within the Finance Cross-Functional organization;
the empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM;
working closely with E2E GBPM & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
Who you are
You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education;
5 - 7 years of professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Collection & Credit Management and Treasury operations;
You also bring the following skills and competencies
Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for his/her dedicated area;
Strong technical competencies in SAP S4 HANA FI/CO and experience with SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite of modules would be a plus;
Proven experience working in a BPM organization;
Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations;
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset, high attention to quality and details;
Comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions, strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams;
Experience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functions;
Good change management and conflict management skills and experience;
Business fluency in English, fluency in additional languages is a plus;
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
