As the Global Business Process Specialist - Travel & Expense, you are part of the Global Business Process Management Organisation in Roche Service & Solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible in the end-to-end process area Travel and Expense (T&E) management for the continuous global harmonisation, standardisation and automation of the Travel and Expense (T&E) processes including the global deployments. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement and IT, cross divisionally - both cross-functional and cross-divisional (Pharma and Diagnostics).
Your responsibilities comprise the following aspects:
Part of the Deployment Network for ASPIRE that will roll out the Global Template within the region;
Acting as a Business Process Specialist for Travel and Expense to govern changes to existing business processes and design new ones;
Working closely together with the RSS Operation Centers to drive and support process improvement wherever possible;
Ensuring monitoring and optimisation of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness;
Strive for cross-functional alignment to achieve end-to-end process harmonisation;
The position may involve a fair amount of travel (up to 25%).
Who you are:
You have a business degree or a financial education and 4-5 years of work experience in that area;
You also bring International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of participating in global projects/initiatives (preferably transformational of nature) and cross functional teams.
You also bring the following skills and competencies:
Business process management skills;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making;
Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities;
Experience in Travel and Expense management related processes, series and systems (ideally SAP Concur and ERP);
Exceptional organisational skills and time management, ability to prioritise multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high quality accomplishment of such;
Strong presentations skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English.
