We are active in our communities, driving and supporting social initiatives that benefit children, women and the environment.**Job description**- Ensure inventory routine being done in order to maximize stock accuracy and achieve product availability for the customers- Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store and especially in the goods flow team- Actively work to achieve agreement in the logistics action plan, ensure that the actions connected to areas of responsibility are implemented and followed. Share relevant goods flow input and feedback into the next year's logistics action plan- Secure an effective, qualitative and efficient daily goods flow operation within the assigned goods flow processes in order to guarantee an excellent customer shopping experience through quality of products, merchandising and stock accuracy- Take responsibility in lowering environment impact and contribute to achieving long-term profitability in a sustainable way- Through correct execution of the assigned goods flow processes, contribute to the tasks and goals of the IKEA value chain as stated in Global Supply Chain Operational Handbook, local appendices and service agreements with transport service providers- Ensure compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security. Secure that the principles of health and safety in goods flow processes are understood and followed.**Qualification**- Interested in Home Furnishing, people's life at home and the IKEA product range- Knowledge in efficient goods flow operation, stock accuracy and understand commercial merchandising and how it impacts the customer experience- Experience in driving forklift is an added credit- Able to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and night shifts- Possessed own transport**More Information
