Graphic Design Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: • Work on design printing jobs and create design artwork. • Liaise with our overseas branches, factory, suppliers and vendors. • Design of marketing collaterals such as flyers, website, catalogue etc. • Work closely with other departments to ensure all printing jobs are executed smoothly and successfully. • Assist the marketing team in designing and managing the company’s online presence on platforms such as company’s website, social media sites, blogs, forums etc. • Discuss & execute marketing, advertising and promotional activities. This includes exhibitions, newsletters, social media posts, media advertisements, catalogues, websites, posters, showroom display, press releases, videos and photo shoots. • Collaborate with marketing department to establish creative digital marketing strategies. Job Requirements:• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.• At least 2 years of related work experience in the following industries: - Uniforms & Apparels- T-shirt printing- Premium gifts & souvenirs• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.• Pleasant personality with good communication, organizational and coordinating skills.• Independent and highly motivated.• Possess excellent problem-solving skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office.• Experience in the uniform & apparel industry will be an added advantage
