We appreciate the safety, security, and stability that our work brings and feel valued knowing that as our business grows, we all grow together.Job Description**The role**:We are looking for an experienced Group Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Penang, Malaysia.The role of the Group Procurement Operations Specialist is to monitor the day-to-day procurement operations, including Procure-to-Pay and expense management, driving continuous improvement for the overall Group Procurement strategies.As a Group Procurement Operations Specialist, you will:- Deliver targets (especially cost reduction/avoidance savings, payment terms, preferred supplier compliance and internal client satisfaction) according to the Procurement KPIs Dashboard.- Coordinate/support the Global Purchase-to-Pay process design and local deviations to meet local regulatory laws and requirements.- Leveraging available data and analytics to monitor and regularly report on usage of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools and implement plans for improving tool usage/value.- Manage internal stakeholders and assist in the education of procurement process.- Work with Group and Local Procurement teams to ensure rollout of results of sourcing execution and relevant global process in a timely manner.Qualifications**About you**:To be successful in this role, you will need:- A minimum 3-year procurement experience, including leading projects in Procure 2 Pay and procurement operations.- Knowledge/experience in Tier 1 ERP.- Experience and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization- Understanding and use of Project Management principles and methodology.- A deep understanding of internal controls, governance routines and key risk factors.Additional Information**Be Connected**:With a bold vision and innovative drive, join our 20,000 colleagues as we lead industry change and transform how customers best meet their global supply chain needs in a meaningful and sustainable way.
