Achieve at least SPM education
Having at least 1 year experience in related field is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Great communication skills and problem-solving skills to solve customer enquiries and issues
Literate and tech-savvy in reading, writing, basic math, and computers
Able to work at night, weekend and holiday shifts
Working hours: 9am to 9pm, 5 days per week (overtime payment)
Communicate with guests, lead guests to make the booking and update into the system
Prepare a daily job sheet list to be distributed to the front desk
Respond to guest requests or inquiries during stay, communicate with the frontline & operation or maintenance team to resolve guest requests or inquiries
Carry out daily night duty and follow up on all payment collections
Monitor rate and occupancy by providing market insights and reporting to superior on the proposed rate/promotion
Prepare invoices to the account department for monthly statements
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Process reservations and room assignments
Arrange for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas
Conduct daily guest room inspections
Any job assigned by the manager
