o Proactively conduct orientation sessions or exercise sessions for beginners and first-time gym goers- Learn and conduct exercise sessions to engage gym members- Effectively assists in all member enquiries, complaints and requests- Ensure proper administration of the gym, such as:- Sign up or cancel memberships- Disallow non-members or those with outstanding fees- Collect and record all payments- Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of gym environment- Ensure equipment are functioning and well-maintained, take corrective actions if they are not- Ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not- Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your directSupervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own- Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guestsThis position is an excellent introduction to the fitness industry.
