Job Responsibilities:
1) Attend to clients needs via consultation before styling.
2) Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care plus provide maintenance tips to customers.
3) Proficient in shampooing, cutting, styling, rebonding, perming, hair/scalp/chemical treatment.
4) Sell and promote salon brand and hair treatment packages.
5) Maintain level of professionalism at all times including salon cleanliness and service.
6) Stay up-to-date about latest industry trends.
7) Build good and trusting relationships with customers.
Job Requirements:
1) 3 - 5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist or similar role.
2) Working Hours: 9 hours per day, shift basis (6 days a week)
3) Work Location: KLCC & Bangsar Village Mall
4) Able to start ASAP after MCO ends.
5) Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques.
6) Familiarity of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths (e.g. braids and top knots).
7) Expert in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers.
8) Knowledgeable with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing.
9) Up-to-date with industry trends.
10) Outstanding communication skills.
11) Good physical stamina to stand for long hours.
12) Flexibility to work in shifts.
13) Valid license from a cosmetology school.
