Description• Manage a team of Relationship Managers• Strategise and execute for the growth and profitability of the portfolio.• Coordinate with relevant Units on business development. • Ensure compliance/audit requirements are satisfactorily met.• Work closely with product groups to sell core products and cross sell other products.Qualifications• Tertiary or professional qualification in relevant discipline.• Must have at least 10 years working experience in credit or marketing of commercial banking services.• Good interpersonal and communication skills.• Possess a positive attitude, initiative and a marketing-oriented approach to work.
