Key Responsibilities:Kitchen Design & Setup:Take charge of designing and equipping the kitchen to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Menu Development:Create an innovative, high-quality menu that pairs seamlessly with our cocktail offerings and enhances the guest experience.
Team Building:Recruit, train, and lead a skilled kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Operational Management:Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Cost Control & Inventory:Manage food costs, sourcing, and inventory to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
Collaboration:Work closely with the bar team to deliver food and drink pairings that set new trends.
Who We're Looking For:Proven experience as aHead CheforSous Chefin a high-volume, trend-setting restaurant or bar.
Ideally, experience as aPizza Chefor expertise in pizza-making techniques, with a strong foundation inItalian cuisine .
A passion for creativity and pushing culinary boundaries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Expertise in kitchen setup and design is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
