Job Description
Job Summary:
In this role, you will drive the design, development and implementation of marketing strategies and plan encompasses multiple functional departments - Business Division/ Sales, R&D, Production, Customer Service, Finance, as well as external vendors. You will be responsible for adherence of branding guidelines and to maximize the brand appearance in every consumer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Marketing?
Define and develop a marketing strategy and plan of the group and business divisions.
Drive timely and effective implementation of the plan
Consistently review result of the marketing campaign and improvement measure.
Product Marketing
Ensure smooth? transition of PIPO (Phase-in/ Phase-out) plan
Define consumer insight-driven GTM (Go-to-Market) plan with speed to market
Full implementation of product introduction process - product proposition, costing & pricing, inventory management, product packaging & communication and training
Trade Marketing
Prepare trade marketing plans with key customers.
Coordinate communication of price, product and packaging changes
Development of product training module that can effectively communicate the USP and product proposition to both internal and external parties
Channel development
Digital Marketing
Development of digital marketing strategies and ensure full implementation of the plan
Drive achievement of the organisation?s objectives in the digital?s measure
Upkeep digital presence of the company (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) and give the direction of digital content from time to time
Branding/ MARCOM/ Creative
Ensure deliverable of creative and MARCOM with top standard and speed
A creative direction that aligns with the company image
Translation of company DNA into branding and creative direction across all touchpoint of consumers
Team Management
Lead a team of marketing professionals with specific expertise in (1) Product Management (2) Digital Marketing (3) Creative Development
Manage the Branding & Marketing team for excellence and development of employees
Ensure growth opportunities are provided and met where planned
Quarterly reviews and development plans
Manage A&P Fund?
Manages and monitor the overall budget for the brands
Manage and negotiate with key vendors
Key Requirements
University degree in Marketing or related area.
Strong in Digital Marketing?
Excellence in English (oral & written).?
Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional/ department teams.?
Ability to think in a critical and strategic way, but adept at delivering operationally.
Interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fast pace and fast learner.
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
