Head of Compensation & Benefits – Asia PacificWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Compensation & Benefits – Asia Pacific to lead the total rewards strategy for our client, a leading consumer-driven organization.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs across multiple Asian Pacific markets.
Summary of the role and key responsibilities
Compensation Strategy:Develop and execute competitive compensation frameworks, including salary structures, incentives, and equity programs.
Benefits Program Management:Oversee the design and administration of benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and compliance with local regulations.
Market Benchmarking:Conduct regular market analysis to ensure pay practices remain competitive and support business needs.
Job Evaluation & Grading:Implement best practices in job evaluation and leveling to maintain internal equity and career progression frameworks.
HR Data & Analytics:Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize total rewards programs.
Executive Compensation:Partner with global teams to design and manage executive reward programs that align with corporate strategy.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all compensation and benefits policies adhere to local labor laws and regulations across the region.
Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with senior leadership, finance, and HR teams to integrate rewards strategy with broader business goals.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in leading compensation and benefits strategies across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
Strong understanding of consumer-led industries, with expertise in managing regional reward structures.
Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and incentive structures.
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders.
Experience with HR technology and analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
