Position : Head of Facilities Industry : Oil & Gas Location : KL Office Scope of Works: The position is required to support ABC project team to plan and manage various construction scopes and makes sure that project is safe, smooth and completed effectivelyPlan and develop project management proposal (including key deliverables, costs, schedule and resources requirements development), procurement contracting strategies and technology selection using Project Management Best Practices to add value and protect shareholder investment, as well as providing growth to Business Unit and fulfill its obligations to the host Government.Manage and control project delivery to contain cost and schedule by managing overall project performance and meeting business targets (including Cost, Schedule, HSE and Operability)Manage and control compliance to project management governance to be in line with corporate governance, PETRONAS policies and regulations, technical standards and statutory requirements to safeguard PETRONAS and shareholders interest.Manage project risks by continuously identifying risk events and the appropriate mitigations to safeguard project value against negative impacts.Perform and execute administrative close out (including manpower demobilization etc), procurement contracts closure and facilities handover for satisfactory acceptance by end user.department. Requirement(s): Minimum BSc Degree in any related engineering or science disciplineA postgraduate degree in these disciplines is an advantage.Minimum 15 years experience in Research & Development (R&D), technology development and/or technology management Note: Only those applicants who meet the above criteria will be contacted as part of shortlisting process
