About the RoleDevelop and execute brand strategies to drive consumer demand and achieve market share targets.
Key Responsibilities:Build and manage a robust pipeline of innovative skincare products.
Lead consumer and market research to uncover insights and adapt marketing strategies.
Formulate annual media strategies and manage media performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage brand projects.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Science.
At least 10 years of brand management experience in an FMCG MNC.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong command of English.
