Job Description
Moving APAC's US$ 81bn printing industry online with the vision to make printing easy and frictionless in Asia Pacific.
We are a VC-funded (click here) eCommerce startup bringing ?gang-run? to the region.
Now operating in 3 countries (Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore)
50+ people international team with offices in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur.
Ordering printed materials used to be difficult and time-consuming. We make it easy! Gogoprint?s marketplace connects printing providers with a large pool of SME and corporate customers.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Drive overall top line and profitability, together with P&L ownership with a strong operational focus.
Develop the venture in Malaysia and Singapore through operational and strategic actions that align with regional priorities.
Maintain and improve quality of products, services, customer support and other retention strategies.
Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining quality products that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support.
Identify opportunities and potentials for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner.
Support an effective marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales.
Build, lead and motivate an energetic and results-oriented team, in particular the local operations and customer service / sales teams.
Continuously monitor the annual budget, ensure that revenue/sales and profitability targets are met.
Ensure regular reporting of your actions and results and deliver measurable results.
Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve our mission.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (internal and external).
Support and collaborate with other teams within the Gogoprint Group and drive group initiatives
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Printing or a related field (preferably a Master's degree).
At least 3 years of prior experience in supply chain or operations management.
At least 3 years of prior experience in general management of similar responsibility or management of a department or business unit.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, strategic planning and analytical skills.
Good technical skills advantageous in e-commerce operations (spreadsheet skills, data analysis, product management, process automations).
A good knowledge base of the country/region
