Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and visionaryHead of Operationsto oversee and enhance our operational functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving scalability, and ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence.
This role will play a pivotal part in driving Leanx's growth and maintaining our reputation as a trusted payment gateway provider.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy and LeadershipDevelop and implement operational strategies aligned with Leanx's business goals and growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational priorities with company vision and strategy.Process OptimizationEvaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems to support business growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.Customer Experience and Service DeliveryOversee the delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring timely and reliable payment processing.
Work closely with the customer support and technical teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain Leanx's competitive edge.Vendor and Partner ManagementManage relationships with key vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize value and performance.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards.Risk and Compliance OversightCollaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure operational processes adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact business continuity or customer trust.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines and PCI DSS.Scalability and Growth SupportDesign and implement scalable operational frameworks to support Leanx's expansion into new markets and product offerings.
Anticipate operational challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them.
Drive initiatives to improve operational agility and responsiveness to market changes.Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of10-12 years of experiencein operations management, preferably within the payment gateway, FinTech, or financial services industry.
Proven track record of optimizing operational processes and driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of payment gateway operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
