As the Head of Operations, you will lead a team responsible for corporate action, settlements, and the entire life cycle of a trade in a discount trading brokerage environment.
You will oversee strategy & operations, leading front, middle & back office functions with a clear vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational functions across multiple departments, including Customer Service, Debt Collections, Operations Excellence, Business Intelligence, Workforce Management, KYC/Name Screening.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure consistency, efficiency, and high performance across all operational areas.
