Head Of Quality Assurance (Food Quality)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Display continuous leadership skill in supporting team and ensure continuous improvement is in place in order to produce high quality, safety and legally compliant products to meet and/or exceed overall customer satisfaction.Responsible for the governance of Quality and Food Safety Management process and take charge of the overall implementation and maintain of quality standards in the Plant.Develop and maintain best practices in overall Quality and Assurance initiatives to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.Responsible for the managing of overall customer management process, provide constructive feedback and formulate professional responses towards customer complaints.Provide relevant training on quality systems and programs to ensure compliance with all quality processes/procedures.Implement proactive assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies through collaboration with Plant Management team and direct observation of process controls. JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering or related field.More than 8 years of relevant experience in Food Quality and Manufacturing environment or related.Possess a strong leadership skill.Proactive with strong sense of responsibilities.
