The Head of Wellness (Patient-Centric) creates and implements wellness programs and initiatives that prioritize patient health, recovery, and holistic care.
This leadership role focuses on designing innovative strategies to enhance patient outcomes, improve their experience, and integrate wellness practices into the continuum of care.
The role requires a deep understanding of patient needs, healthcare trends, and wellness methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Patient-Centered StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive wellness strategy tailored to patient needs and experiences.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to integrate wellness services into patient care plans.
Establish measurable goals to enhance patient satisfaction and health outcomes.Program Development & DeliveryDesign wellness programs that address physical, mental, and chemical well-being for diverse patient populations.
Oversee the implementation of wellness activities, including nutrition counseling, fitness sessions, stress management, and mental health support.
Partner with healthcare providers and therapists to ensure programs are evidence-based and patient-focused.Create educational resources and workshops to empower patients with knowledge about their health and wellness.
Develop communication strategies to encourage patient participation in wellness initiatives.
Gather feedback from patients to continuously refine and improve wellness services.
Interdisciplinary CollaborationWork closely with wellness teams to align wellness goals with clinical care pathways.
