-Manage risk or problem in the coming repair/service machines and complete on time, within budget and comply to desired quality and safety requirements
-Handling machinery administration (e.g. daily machinery record, repair progress report, request for information from operator, record machinery condition and location, schedule planning of repairing machines, spare part request list and etc.).
-Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles, completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
-Maintains machineries in functional condition by listening to operator complaints, conducting inspections, repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, replacing parts and components, repairing body damage. Work complete according to given budget, timeline and quality
-Work closely with senior foremen and take initiative to report and update site progress to them and to operation director
-Verifies machine(s) serviceability by conduction test runs: adjusting controls and systems.
-Responsible to lead, plan, execute and manage the machines to machines. Write it on whiteboard.
-Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
-Undertake any other duties when assigned from time-to-time,
-Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise operator on good machine use.
-Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity,
-Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues. (e.g. leaks)
-Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job.
-Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
-When site's machinery is breakdown/slow/problems, please respond as quick as possible and repair in site. (Also include the seriousness and number of foremen is needed)
-Responsible of dispatch needed spare parts. (Please bring a sample: Filter, previous dysfunctional part, etc., to verify stock) check properly before collect
- Responsible to minimize the time of leaving the workshop. Purchase/collection of spare parts shall plan properly (According to spare part list) twice a week
-
Keeps machine supplies ready before the next project started.
-Responsible to pass the receipts/Delivery order/etc. to store keeper.
-Responsible for all the records and report in computer and submit to operation manager through e-mails and WhatsApp.
